Cancellation initiated by "Pushta - A Whole New Experience"
"Pushta - A Whole New Experience" reserves the right to charge an operational fee for cancellations made on behalf of the customer due to reasons such as:

Incorrect address or the address falling outside the delivery zone.

Failure to contact the customer via phone or email at the time of delivery.

Lack of information or authorization from the customer during delivery.

In the event that an item is unavailable, we will inform you via phone. You can either modify the order or cancel it for a full refund.
Refund Policy
At "Pushta - A Whole New Experience", we do not typically allow refunds, but the following exceptions apply:

Damaged Packaging: If the package has been tampered with or damaged during delivery (as verified by our team).

Incorrect Item: If you receive a wrong item that does not match your order.
